Bullough's Cleaning Vacancy

Bulloughs Cleaning Services Ltd are looking for a school cleaning supervisor in the Tadcaster area.
Working times are Mon-Fri, 1.45pm-6.45pm, 25 hours per week.

The rate of pay is £13.60 per hour. Payments are made weekly on a Friday.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Reporting to the Contract Manager and School Site Manager, your role involves supervising cleaning staff, providing training, and implementing effective cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and train cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and management to address any issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all staff

Cleaning/supervisor experience would be beneficial, however full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Right to Work documentation (birth certificate, passport or share code) will be requested and checked in every case.

If required, a DBS check will be applied & paid for by the company.
